Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Rukh is a subscription with a 7-day free trial. This page says exactly when you are charged, how to cancel, and when you get your money back.
1. The short version
- Full refund within 7 days of any charge. Monthly, annual, first payment or renewal. Ask and you get it.
- Cancel any time. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged.
- One way to ask. Email support@rukh.cc (opens in a new tab) from the address on your account.
2. Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days. We take no money when it starts. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method is charged the price of your plan when the trial ends, on the date shown at checkout, and we send a reminder email before that.
If you forgot to cancel and were charged, the 7-day refund window below applies, so you can still get that charge back.
3. Refunds
Email us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full, issued through Dodo Payments. You do not need to give a reason. The window runs from the date of the charge on your receipt, and applies to every charge, including renewals and annual payments.
After 7 days we do not refund the current billing period, and we do not pay out part of a period for time you did not use. If something went wrong with the service, write to us anyway and we will do what is fair. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this policy.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Cards usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the money, and UPI refunds return to the linked bank account. A refund ends the subscription and your access to the coach.
4. How to cancel
- Open the customer portal from your Rukh account and choose cancel. This is the quickest way.
- Or email support@rukh.cc (opens in a new tab) and we will cancel it for you, normally within one business day.
- If you pay with UPI Autopay you can also revoke the mandate in your UPI app. Revoking it stops future debits, but it is best to cancel in the portal too, so your plan is closed on our side.
UPI Autopay. A UPI mandate is a standing permission for Dodo Payments to debit your account on the renewal date, with a notice sent to you at least 24 hours earlier. Cancelling in the portal ends the mandate. Revoking it in your UPI app stops future debits, and your subscription then lapses at the end of the paid period. If a debit was already in progress when you revoked, it may still go through, and the 7-day refund applies.
After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops. We never charge you again after you cancel.
5. Renewals and price changes
Plans renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel. If we ever change the price of your plan, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
Early-bird prices apply for the first year of your plan, as shown on the pricing page. We email you before the regular price starts.
6. Who processes the payment
Payments, invoices and taxes are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Dodo to your original payment method. The charge on your statement may show Dodo Payments rather than Rukh.
If you are unhappy with a charge, please email us first. We answer faster than a bank dispute, and we will refund anything within the 7-day window.
Chargebacks. You always have the right to dispute a charge with your bank. A chargeback is slower and can freeze your access while it is open, and Dodo may pass on the dispute fee when a refund was available. If we have already refunded a charge, a chargeback on the same charge is a duplicate and will be contested. We may suspend an account with repeated chargebacks.
