Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It keeps Rukh safe, fair and available for everyone. Use Rukh lawfully and for your own chess improvement.

2. What you must not do

• Cheat. Use Rukh, or its output, to get help during a live game against another person, or in any way that breaks the rules of chess.com, Lichess or another site or event. Rukh is for reviewing games after they are played.
• Harass or target people. Look up other players' usernames to stalk, harass, shame or discriminate against them. The preview uses public data, but that does not make it fair game.
• Scrape, copy or resell. Extract the Service's content or coaching at scale, resell or white-label access, or use it or its output to build or train a competing product or model.
• Attack or overload. Probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission, send automated bulk requests, bypass rate limits, or interfere with other users' access.
• Share accounts. Let other people use your account, or use someone else's.
• Misuse the coach. Try to make it produce unlawful, abusive or harmful content, extract its instructions, or inject instructions through usernames or game text to manipulate it.
• Break the law. Upload or send anything unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to share, or use the Service for fraud or any illegal purpose.
• Misuse payments. Use stolen payment methods, abuse the free trial with repeated accounts, or dispute charges in bad faith.

3. Fair use

We may apply rate limits and fair-use limits to keep the Service available to everyone, and may change them. Normal personal use will not hit them.

4. What happens if you break it

We may warn you, remove content, limit or suspend your access, or end your account, depending on how serious the breach is. If we end paid access for a breach, we do not refund the current period unless the law requires it. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

5. Report a problem

To report abuse or a security issue, email support@rukh.cc (opens in a new tab) with "Abuse" or "Security" in the subject. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us privately and give us a reasonable time to fix it.
