Grievance Officer
For complaints about your data or the Service, write to our Grievance Officer, Paul M Kallarackal, India, at support@rukh.cc with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge within 72 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
Who runs Rukh
Rukh is run by Paul M Kallarackal, an individual based in India. It is not a registered company. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Rukh is not affiliated with chess.com or Lichess.
